At Sierra Veterinary Care we understand circumstances can change and we request that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our cancellation policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to a patient in need.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee charged to your account. This fee compensates our team for the time that was set aside specifically for you.

Repeat short notice cancellations, reschedules and no-shows may result in having to prepay for future services and ultimately lead to an inability to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals:
We understand delays can happen, however, clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule.

Scheduling Deposit:
For certain services or procedures, we may require a deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied to your service or procedure total or refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refunds:
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Sierra Veterinary Care initiated cancellation or reschedule.
